Project Manager - Power Systems

As a Project Manager in the Power Systems product line, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating multiple projects, from new developments to customer deliveries. You will work closely with engineers to align technical execution with project objectives, ensuring schedules and deliverables are met. You will balance priorities across projects and keep stakeholders informed throughout. 

Specific tasks and responsibilities include:

• Manage end-to-end project execution within the Power Systems product line. 

• Define project plans, schedules, deliverables, and resource allocation. 

• Coordinate engineering activities to ensure technical milestones are achieved. 

• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. 

• Communicate project status, issues, and decisions clearly to stakeholders. 

• Handle multiple projects and priorities in parallel. 

• BSc/MSc in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. 

• 4+ years of experience in project management in engineering or high-tech industries. 

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 

• Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills. 

• Hands-on experience working with international engineering teams. 

Bonus point if you also bring:

• Familiarity with ECSS standards. 

• Background in electronics, embedded systems, or aerospace projects.
