Job description
As a Project Manager at ISISPACE, your objective is to ensure successful planning, execution and delivery of projects by coordinating resources, managing timelines, controlling scope and budget, and mitigating risks, so we meet project goals and stakeholder expectations. You’ll operate under supervision, while learning to run the day-to-day and fix what’s wrong when issues arise.
You’ll be involved across the full project lifecycle, with a mix of coordination, planning and stakeholder management:
Project definition & planning: You assemble and align a multidisciplinary team around the customer needs, translate specifications into clear project requirements together with (system) engineers, and build a project plan including timeline, budget, and resource allocation for internal approval.
Execution & control: You manage the day-to-day project activities, keep the project on track, and ensure the right project documentation is created and maintained.
Forecasting & delivery: You maintain cost-to-completion forecasts and update projections at key milestones, steering toward delivery that matches contractual agreements.
Coordination & communication: You chair team meetings, coordinate internal resources and external vendors, and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders while reporting on planning, milestones, costs and scope.
