Job description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented information specialist to join our quality control team. In this role you will play a crucial role in managing and organizing all technical documentation in support of our company's products and services. Our documents are stored and managed in a central location, but we are currently not operating a DMS. This means that some level of manual work should be expected to comply with our defined folder- and document structures.

Specific tasks and responsibilities include:

  • Support the development and maintenance of technical documentation by close collaboration with subject matter experts and stakeholders, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of said documentation.
  • Organize and categorize documentation to facilitate easy access and retrieval.
  • Conduct reviews and quality assurance checks to ensure documentation meets established standards and guidelines.
  • Assist in the implementation of documentation processes and best practices.
  • Provide training and support to internal teams on how to use and access documentation effectively.

Job requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in technical writing, communications, or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience in a relevant position, focused on documentation management.
  • Experience with technical documentation is a plus.
  • Strong writing and editing skills in English (C1/C2), with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Proficiency with documentation tools and software, such as Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
