Job description

ISISPACE is looking for an Electrical Engineer to join our MS&E team. In this role, you will help maintain and improve flight-proven electrical subsystems and support spacecraft development and delivery, covering everything from subsystem updates to design reviews and hands-on support around integration and after-sales topics.

What you’ll do:

  • Update and maintain electrical subsystems from TRL 7 onwards, including improving and updating break-out boards used in our systems.

  • Review electrical designs (including AOCS-related electronics) and contribute to design quality, robustness, and documentation.

  • Provide engineering support during delivery and after-sales, helping troubleshoot issues and ensuring reliable performance in the field.

  • Take ownership of harness design responsibilities, coordinating interfaces and ensuring manufacturable, testable solutions.

Job requirements

  • A BSc/MSc in Electrical Engineering (or similar).

  • 0–2 years of relevant experience (junior to medior level).

  • Solid fundamentals in electronics (analog/digital), schematics, and design reviews.

  • Practical mindset: you enjoy turning designs into reliable, testable hardware.

  • Experience (or interest) in harness design and interface management.

  • Experience (or interest) in space, aerospace, or high-reliability engineering environments.

  • Experience (or interest) in support/debugging of delivered hardware.
